This rulemaking petition requires VA to review its regulations on processing claims related to Military Sexual Trauma. In disregarding the petition VA has broken the law and must now explain to a federal judge why it continues to ignore the needs of veterans and leave the current broken claims system in place ~ a system that continues to deny disability benefits to thousands of military sexual violence survivors year after year.
