Logistics are critical to the success of any event.  They are also the most time consuming and aggravating.  This can be diminished somewhat with careful advance planning.  Even planning in advance, there are always last-minute details to address.  Through the years, we have gained a plethora of experience working with hotels and travel agents and planning events.
