Abused Deaf Women's Advocacy Service – ADWAS – serving Deaf and Deaf-Blind victims of domestic violence and sexual assault by offering crisis intervention, support groups, legal and system advocacy, individual therapy, community education, professional training, materials development, and the on-going project of creating emergency and transitional housing for Deaf and Deaf-Blind victims of domestic violence, Seattle, WA.
